The client submits a new project request with the most important information.
FP estimates the scope of the assignment.
FP requests a VC. The VC and the client receive a notification via email.
The VC confirms their availability.
The VC declines the project. In this case, back to step 3.
FP makes an offer. The client receives a notification via e-mail and reviews the offer and portfolio of the VC on the project page.
The client accepts the offer. The client and the VC receive a notification via email that the offer is confirmed and the project underway.
The client requests changes to the offer and receives a confirmation via email that FP will make a new offer. Back to step 5.
The client fills in the briefing; collaborators added by the client receive an invitation via email to edit the brief. The client submits the completed briefing and receives a confirmation email that the briefing will be reviewed.
FP checks and accepts the briefing and sends it to the VC. The VC receives a notification via email.
FP requests changes to the briefing. The client receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 7.
The VC reviews and accepts the briefing. Changes can be requested via chat by the VC. The client receives a notification via email that the VC accepted the briefing. The organisational contact listed in the briefing receives an email with access to the briefing. Production starts.
The VC uploads the material according to the post production guidelines of Fairpicture. As soon as all the material is uploaded, the VC confirms that production is completed.
FP reviews and accepts the material and sends it to the client. The VC and the client receive a notification via email.
FP requests changes to the material. The VC receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 10.
The client reviews and accepts the material and gives a short feedback for the VC.
The client requests changes to the material. The VC receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 10.
FP confirms that production is finished. The VC receives a notification via email with the client feedback and an invoice request.
The VC uploads their invoice and receipts.
FP requests changes to the invoice. The VC receives a notification via email with the requested changes. Back to step 14.
FP initiates the payment for the VC. The VC receives a notification via email.
FP uploads the invoice for the client. The client receives a notification via email.
FP confirms the payment as soon as the invoice is paid. The client receives a notification via email.
The client and the VC receive an email with a link where they can give feedback to the project.
The project is now completed and can be found under “completed projects”.
