Organizational Talent Managing Photography and Video Productions

Late Co-Founder

About the job

Who We Are

Fairpicture is an impact-driven startup committed to changing the way visual media is created and shared. We believe in fair practices that ensure ethical treatment and equitable representation for photographers, videographers, and the individuals they portray. We advocate for fair compensation, proper credit, and respectful storytelling, aiming to create a more inclusive and just visual culture. With a range of innovative products including consulting services, the FairConsent app, and custom content production, Fairpicture has built a strong foundation, and now we’re ready to scale.

Our Journey So Far

Over the last five years, we’ve achieved amazing things together. Our co-founding team has been instrumental in shaping this journey, but one of our co-founders is now stepping back. While this is a loss for us, it also opens up a unique opportunity for the right person to bring new perspectives, energy, and ambition to the team. We’ve learned that change, though challenging, has always led to growth for us. We continue to hear from all sides—our photographers, clients, the public, and the wider industry—that the work FairPicture does is vital. This is our chance to expand our reach and impact even more.

We are currently undergoing a transformation, and with that comes focus and promise. We’re seeking a Late Co-Founder who will co-lead this next chapter—someone who values diversity and can contribute fresh ideas.
