CONCORDIA Tranzit is a social and educational centre for children and youth in Prizren, Kosovo. At the centre, children, youth and families of all religions and ethnic groups receive social work support and the educational support they need to successfully complete school. The aim is to enable access to education and peaceful communal, cultural and religious coexistence. The offer of a day-care centre provides relief for the parents, and in the music school the children also receive musical support. Parents' meetings are held regularly for exchange, further training and support. Excursions for children as well as music concerts are organized.
